If you are not satisfied with your ECO Elite compatible cartridge, please call your toner cartridge supplier. Your problem will be resolved or your money refunded.

In addition to providing a 100% No-Risk, Quality Guarantee on your compatible cartridge, we warrant that the supplied cartridges will not cause damage to any printing hardware device in which the cartridge was designed to operate, under the specified use and maintenance conditions. Any costs required to repair your machine will be covered should your ECO Elite compatible cartridge cause damage. Our confidence in this product allows us to make this claim.

SELLER HEREBY EXCLUDES ANY AND ALL OTHER REPRESENTATION AND WARRANTIEDS, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, AND EXPRESSLY EXCLUDES WARRANTIES AS TO THE MERCHANTABILITY OF THESE GOODS OR THEIR FITNESS FOR ANY PARTICULAR PURPOSE. Seller shall not be liable for any incidental or consequential damages. All goods are shipped upon condition that these terms be accepted by Buyer, if not, Buyer must promptly return the goods and notify Seller in writing. These terms supersede all prior or written terms or representations and may be waived or modified only by writing, signed by an officer of Seller.

The warranties set forth in this document shall continue, as to each cartridge, from the date of delivery by Seller to the Buyer until six (6) months after such delivery.
